Am I Eligible for Medicare for Part A and Part B?

In most cases, Medicare eligibility is straightforward. But there are some situations where an individual may not have the required 40 Social Security work credits to be eligible for Medicare. While this is an uncommon situation, it is far from rare. There are many follow-up questions that should be asked of the individual to determine if they are eligible for Medicare.
